Our cutting-edge manufacturing facility, located in the picturesque state of Jammu & Kashmir, leverages new-age technologies to produce superior copper rods.
Central to our operations is an in-house air-separation unit that generates 99.99% pure oxygen. This high-purity oxygen is utilized in the combustion and melting processes, significantly reducing NOX emissions and promoting a greener production method. Our highly efficient furnace, engineered in the UK, combined with a state-of-the-art combustion system imported from Germany, ensures exceptional fuel efficiency and minimal emissions.
We employ the latest Southwire Continuous Copper Rod Casting Technology, guaranteeing the production of premium-grade copper rods. Our products not only meet but exceed international quality standards, conforming to the latest Indian BIS standards, IS 12444:2020. Features & Standards
The quality of the products is fully tested for purity, conductivity in % IACS and chemical testing. The products will be only electrolytic grade copper. Every item that leaves the premises of the factories, meets IS/BS/ASTM standards.

Laboratories
Our lab, equipped with state-of-the-art instruments, ensures compliance with international quality standards. Key equipment includes a LECO Oxygen analyzer [USA], a Bruker spectrometer [Germany], machines for universal testing, tensile testing, and wire torsion testing.

Quality Control
QC inspection starts with checking of raw materials for compliance with specifications. The product is inspected at all stages of manufacturing for defect free surface quality and dimensional tolerances.

Our group company in Jammu also manufactures fine and bunched copper wire and has an installed capacity of 3000MT annually. We serve various clients in electronics, electrical and automotive industry since last 2 decades.

Chairman and MD
Sunil Kumar Gupta is a B.Com graduate with an impressive industry experience spanning over 40 years. Throughout his extensive career, he has developed a deep understanding of business operations and management. His expertise encompasses a broad range of areas, allowing him to effectively oversee and handle all aspects of general administration within the company.
In his current role, he serves as both the Chairman and Managing Director, guiding the company with a wealth of knowledge and strategic vision. His leadership is instrumental in steering the organization towards its goals, ensuring operational excellence and sustained growth.
Tarun Gupta
CEO
Tarun Gupta is an engineer with a master’s degree in management from Dublin, Ireland. His academic background has provided him with a solid foundation in both technical and managerial disciplines. After gaining valuable experience working for a UK-based consultancy firm, he joined our company in 2016. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and shaping its strategic direction.
Currently, he serves as the CEO of the company, where he is responsible for leading and implementing key initiatives that propel the organization forward. His leadership and strategic vision are crucial in steering the company towards achieving its long-term goals.
